We were in the restaurant on a Sunday at 12.30 p.m. and apart from us (2 people) there were no other guests. There was no employee at the counter and only after a few minutes of waiting and ringing the doorbell were we greeted. Our order was taken quickly, the food (schnitzel with camembert + onion roast) came relatively quickly and it was also very tasty. In the meantime the restaurant has filled up with other guests and we then had to wait a relatively long time for the empty plates to be cleared away. Even with the bill, it took a while. Conclusion: it tasted very tasty, but the service could be improved. With so few guests, you can expect a faster response. * Update * We went back a week later because we loved the food. This time everything was fine, the service was fast too!

Unfortunately we (7 people) were not welcomed in a friendly manner, nor were we apologized for the long waiting time (25 minutes) until a menu finally came up one more too few ... Unfortunately we were neither apologized in a friendly manner nor were we informed about the situation, that the waitress is alone as we suspected ... We heard a lot of good things about the food, but unfortunately it didn't happen because we got up and left. A pity

After a short-term reservation (3 hours in advance) they wanted to sit us (six people) at a table that would have been enough for a maximum of four. Only after a violent protest was a small table set up. The restaurant was jam-packed and I have the impression that they wanted to "take" the six of us with them. After about 10 guests at the next table got up in exasperation because they couldn't get rid of their order, we were able to move there. After half an hour the drinks were finally consumed and the food after another 20 minutes. The corona registration form was also only presented on request. After a good 90 minutes we finally had our meal and now comes the good thing: it was very tasty, nicely presented, so that made us a little bit better in the end. Conclusion: there is still a lot to improve organizationally, the kitchen can score.

The food was really great. But that's about it. The service leaves a lot to be desired. I don't understand why nothing happens after so many negative reviews about the service. We waited over 1.5 hours for the main course and almost 20 minutes for the drinks if the winter garden was not full and that is simply too long! The staff was far too often smoking next door and the customers see that. The quality of the food justifies three stars.

Just don't go. Waiting times are a disaster. Food is acceptable but if you haven't had your second beer after 95 minutes ... We don't even want to start the almost 2 hours for a schnitzel. I have no idea how such people come up with the idea of ​​leasing something. Would be in Frankfurt again after two months.

It is easy to get angry with such ignorance. The wait staff can be sorry, they are obviously not the main problem with this store. And so I can only agree with my prescribers: Please take the criticism to heart and improve yourself. Would be desirable!

We try again and again - but now it was probably the last time: the garden is great, the service very friendly. But the organization is completely lacking and the danger of thirsting and starving is great. After 1.5 hours came the food, part of which had to be sent back. This golden restaurant makes a short trip to Bavaria possible. The menu leaves nothing to be desired. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the friendly service makes you feel right at home. The food was great, nothing to complain about. We'd love to come back if we're allowed to go back ;-)

The food was good. I preferred the schnitzel. They also had very good garlic bread which wasn’t listed on the menu so ask for it instead. I’ve had some potatoes with the schnitzel which were cold. The service wasn’t good it took ages to get the food. It also took very long to get another drink as they often didn’t come by.

Excellent food and nice cozy atmosphere. I love the Schwabenpfanne but can recommend all dishes!
